- Design Development Drawings/Budget and Construction Documents for the Multi-Purpose Room Building at J.D. Lever Elementary School (Dr. Yarborough)
The administration, in conjunction with the architectural firm Method Works (MW), has completed the Design Development and Construction Documents for the Multi-Purpose Room building at J.D. Lever Elementary School. The current construction budget is $1,917,877. The overall budget includes design, advertising, FFE, and Owner Contingency for a total of $2,199,467. The scope of work would be the building of a multi-purpose Room building at J.D. Lever Elementary School and use 8% athletic funds.
- Schematic Design Drawings and Budget for the North Augusta Middle School (Dr. Yarborough)
The administration, in conjunction with GMC Architecture, has completed the Schematic Design Documents for the North Augusta Middle School. The current estimated construction budget is $39,558,779. The overall budget includes design, advertising, FFE, and Owner Contingency for a total of $52,000,000. The scope of work would be building of a new addition at North Augusta Middle School, select demolition and relocating the athletic fields. The project will be completed using 2024 1% sales tax funds.
- Schematic Design plans and an estimated budget for the new Athletics Complex at Wagener-Salley High School (Dr. Yarborough)
The administration has completed the scope of the athletic and community needs for the new athletics complex at Wagener-Salley High School. The architectural firm of McMillan Pazdan Smith (MPS) has utilized this scope to produce schematic design plans and an estimated budget for this project. The estimated construction budget is $13,258,924. The overall budget includes design advertising, FFE, and owner contingency for a toral of $15,645,589. The scope of the work includes the building of a softball field, baseball field, football field, middle school practice football field, community park, band practice field, concessions, and support structure. Eight percent funding will be used for this project.
- Schematic Design plans and preliminary budget for the North Augusta High School auditorium renovation and addition (Dr. Yarborough)
The administration has completed the scope of educational needs for the North Augusta High School Auditorium renovation. The architectural firm McMillan Pazdan Smith (MPS) has utilized this scope to produce schematic design plans and preliminary budget for the auditorium. The estimated construction budget is $8,526,000. The overall budget includes design, advertising, FFE, and owner contingency for a total of $10,587,990. The scope of this work includes a new addition and renovation of the existing auditorium and use of 2014 1% sales tax funds.
- Design Development Drawings and Budget for Belvedere Elementary School (Dr. Yarborough)
The administration, in conjunction with CFS Architecture, has completed the Design Development Documents for the Belvedere Elementary School. The current estimated construction budget is $8,568,740. The overall budget includes design, advertising, FFE and Owner Contingency for a total of $9,896,015. The scope of work would be to build a new kitchen, cafeteria, and multipurpose room at Belvedere Elementary School. The project will be completed using the remaining balance of $90M bond funds.
