1. Personnel Appointments (Sal Minolfo)
The administrative, certified and classified personnel presented have been screened by the Human Resources Department, and interviewed, and/or approved by the Principal or supervisor for each location.
B. CONSENT ITEMS: The following items will be voted on as a group; individual items may be discussed prior to a vote being taken.

1. Release from ACPSD Requests (Mrs. Meek)
Board Policy JFABC allows the Aiken County Board of Education to arrange with other school districts for the interchange of students. The policy stipulates that when students transfer out of the District, “the School District of Aiken County shall assume no responsibility for tuition to the receiving district.”

2. Request to Admit Foreign Exchange Students (Mrs. Meek)
School Board Policy JFABB establishes guidelines for the admission of exchange students to the high schools in the School District of Aiken County.

3. Walther Farms, LLC. Donation to Silver Bluff High School – FY26 (Dr. Edwards)
Silver Bluff High School has received a $2,000.00 donation from Walther Farms, LLC. for the school’s FFA/agriculture program. The funds are to be used to help cover expenses needed for students to attend the annual “Greenhand Camp” and any remaining funds may be used for other agriculture program related items as needed.

4. Anonymous Donation to Ridge Spring-Monetta Middle/High School and Wagener-Salley High School- FY26 (Dr. Edwards)
The District has received a $3,500.00 donation from an anonymous donor to be applied to senior student balances for students determined to be most in need at two designated high schools. Ridge Spring-Monetta Middle/High School and Wagener-Salley High School will each receive $1,750.00 to apply towards the balances of senior students as identified through the collaboration of the schools’ administration and counselors.

5. Change Order Number 1- Aiken County Public Schools- Baseball and Softball Field Lighting Replacement at Silver Bluff and Midland Valley High Schools (Dr. Yarborough)
Change Order Number 1 reflects unused allowances for the Aiken County Public Schools-Baseball and Softball Field Lighting Replacement at Silver Bluff and Midland Valley High Schools.
