The School Board, according to the Code of Laws for South Carolina Section 59-63-240. Is authorized to expel students from school.Although the Board may receive recommendations for expulsion from others, it solely is empowered to take the final expulsion action.
- Approval of Sponsoring Organization for Admission of Exchange and Foreign Exchange Students (Dr. Minolfo)
School Board Policy JFABB Admission of Exchange and Foreign Students provides guidelines for the approval of a sponsoring agency, which affirms the board’s willingness to participate in the organization’s program of student exchange.
- 2023 Replacement of Basketball Goal Winches at North Augusta Middle School (Dr. Murphy)
Bids were received for the 2023 Replacement of Basketball Goal Winches at North Augusta Middle School on October 7, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. and publicly opened.
- Change Order Number 2 for the Millbrook Elementary Addition and Renovation Project (Dr. Murphy)
Change Order Number 2 for the Millbrook Elementary Addition Renovation Project has a credit change order of unused allowance in the amount of <$485,390.84>.
