Change Order Number 1 for the Ridge Spring Monetta High School Addition Phase II Project (Dr. Foster)

Change Order Number 1 for the Ridge Spring Monetta High School Addition Phase II Project from H.G. Reynolds Company, Inc. is presented for your review and approval. Thus booster system is required for local fire department usage.Project contingency has adequate funds for this work.

Woman’s Study Club of Ridge Spring Donation to Ridge Spring-Monetta Elementary School – FY20 (Mrs. Glover)

Ridge Spring-Monetta Elementary School was given a $2,400.00 donation from the Woman’s Study Club of Ridge Spring.The funds from this donation will be used to purchase library books for the Ridge Spring-Monetta Elementary School Media Center.

The certified and classified personnel presented have been screened by the Human Resources Department, and interviewed, and/or approved by the Principal or supervisor for each location.

Changes to Policy GDB Support Staff Employment and Compensation, First Reading (Mrs. Hart)

Policy GDB establishes the basic structure for support staff employment and compensation.

Changes to Policy GCQC/GCQD Resignation of Instructional Staff/Administrative Staff, First Reading (Mrs. Hart)

Policy GCQC/GCQD establishes the basic structure for the resignation of professional staff members.

Elementary Tier 3 Behavior Intervention Program (Dr. Foster)

In recent years we have seen a trend in increasingly challenging behaviors in a small population of our elementary students across the country.Interventions at the school-level have often been less than successful and may be contributing to an over identification of students with disabilities.Surveyed teachers indicated that classroom management of students exhibiting extreme behavior is the most challenging aspect of their job.Teacher Forum and Elementary Principals have also noted that a significant portion of the school day is devoted to supporting students in crisis.
