            In accordance with Policy FB, Facilities Planning, each year the Board of Education will review the Five-Year Facility Improvement Plan.
 
 
3.         Curb Appeal Landscaping Projects Phase III (Dr. Foster)
 
            On March 8, 2016, the Board allowed the administration to use funds from the sale of an unused 3.13 acre corner tract of property at the Aiken Elementary School Site for landscaping and grounds improvements at eleven schools.  The sale of the property generated a total $470,451.75 in additional funding.
 
 
4.         Instructional Technology Project Update (Dr. Foster)
