Special Board Work Session Regarding Review of Applications

For District Superintendent 

CALL TO ORDER –  

            Chair will announce the purpose of the meeting and entertain a Motion to go into

            Executive Session 

EXECUTIVE SESSION - 

            CONTRACTUAL ISSUE: 

Board will receive confidential applicant list derived by the Special Search Committee from its screening session, per the charge of the Board

Board will receive copies of applications as indicated by the Search Committee’s efforts

Board will undertake to read, review, evaluate, discuss, and narrow the field of candidates through their work session efforts

Board will discuss next steps to be taken and the timing thereof.

RETURN TO OPEN SESSION 

Chair will announce items considered or discussed during the work session

ACTION ON ITEMS DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION 

            Board will take action(s) it deems necessary to move the process forward
