Individuals representing a group (with group members attending) will have up to 15 minutes to present. All other community members will have 5 minutes. The Chair may elect to alternate viewpoints. The public is reminded that the Board will hear comments related to the financial impact of the TIF on the School District, and that an hour has been set aside for this portion of the meeting.
